THE FOUNDER
John Jimenez
A seasoned welder with more than 30 years in the trade, John brings the technical expertise and the leadership skills to every project that comes through the shop.
He's a Certified Welding Inspector with the American Welding Society (AWS) — meaning every weld that leaves this shop has been checked against the standard the rest of the industry trains to. That credential isn't decoration. It's why repeat customers stay repeat customers.

Founded
John Jimenez opens All Metals Welding + Fabrication in Zellwood, Florida. The first jobs are ornamental — gates, railings, custom commissions for Central Florida homeowners.
Commercial Work Scales
Growing relationships with general contractors push the shop into bigger structural work. Mezzanines, equipment supports, full structural packages.
Statewide Reach
Projects span Florida and beyond. AWS CWI on staff. NOMMA member. Still hands-on. Still answering the phone.
HOW WE WORK
Four principles that haven't changed in 30 years.
If the weld will fail, we don't lay it.
We turn down work that we can't stand behind. We'd rather lose the job than put our name on something that fails inspection or fails in the field.
Quotes are honest. So is the invoice.
Detailed line items, no padding, no surprise change orders unless the scope actually changed. You'll know what you're paying for before we strike an arc.
Schedule is a promise.
If we tell you a date, we hit it. If something delays it — material, weather, your end — we tell you the same day, not the week-of.
We answer the phone.
You won't bounce through a portal to reach the person doing the work. The owner picks up. The shop picks up. That's the model.
